World KNK makes corporate and office uniforms in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your own design, in our own factory, since 2000. Corporate programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, so a programme agreed this quarter is on your team this quarter.
Made to your design, not printed on blanks
Most corporate uniform suppliers are decorators: they take a catalogue shirt and put your logo on it. That works until your brand needs its own silhouette, its own colours, or a fit that suits the climate your people actually work in. We are the factory one step earlier in the chain. Every garment is cut and sewn to your design, in cloths dyed to your palette, across a full size run. If your brand book says a collar sits a certain way or a colour reads a certain shade, the garment is made to match it, not chosen to approximate it.
Patterns are developed and cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme. Your front-of-house shirt in year five is cut from the same digital pattern as year one, so the whole team still reads as one brand long after the first rollout.
What we make for corporate teams
Front-of-house shirts & blouses
Structured collars and clean plackets for the people who meet the public first.
Tailored trousers & skirts
Office-weight wovens with a proper hand feel, cut for long days and constant movement.
Vests & tailored separates
Layering pieces that lift a uniform from casual to corporate without a full suit.
Dresses
Client-facing styles cut to the brand’s own block, sized across the whole team.
Light jackets
Woven outer layers for reception, travel and air-conditioned floors.
Department colour standards
One programme carrying every department’s colours through colour-blocking and dyed-to-match cloth.
One standard across every branch
The hardest part of a corporate uniform is not the first site, it is the tenth. Multi-site teams need every location to look identical, and new branches need garments that match the ones already on the floor. Because your patterns live on file with the factory, a new site’s opening order is a re-order: same digital patterns, same cloth standards, same checks. Department colour codes stay consistent too, so a customer who learned your colours in one city recognises them in another.
How a corporate programme runs
Start with sketches, reference photos or an existing garment to copy: that is enough to begin. Samples are in your hands in 1 to 2 weeks, and the fit is approved on real people before anything bulk is cut. While samples are out, build your quantity breakdown by style, size and role. Bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric; a custom-developed cloth adds 4 to 8 weeks, so flag it early. Order a buffer beyond your headcount: new starters and replacements are the quiet cost of every uniform programme, and patterns on file make topping up a re-order rather than a project.
Branding in production
Logos and role markers go into the garment as it is made, not on top of it afterwards. Embroidery is applied in production, department differences are built through colour-blocking and dyed-to-match trims, and printed details stay crisp for the life of the piece. The result reads as tailoring, not transfer.
When should Australian corporate programmes order?
Corporate uniform renewals in Australia run on the financial year: order Feb – Apr 2027 and the refreshed programme is in service by 30 June 2027, with the July staff intake wearing it from day one. The clock works backwards from that date: sampling at 1 to 2 weeks per round, bulk sewing at 6 to 12 weeks on these lines, then 3 to 4 weeks of sea freight, clearance and delivery door to door. February orders fit the whole clock with room to spare; April orders need the fastest clock, confirmed at the quote stage.
The desk-side version of this window, written for programme managers and HR and operations teams, sits on the EOFY corporate uniform renewal clock, and the Australia 2027 apparel production calendar sets out all four buying windows.
Corporate uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order for corporate uniforms?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.
How long does a programme take?
Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk production 6 to 12 weeks. Allow an extra 4 to 8 weeks if you want your own developed cloth.
Can you match our brand colours exactly?
Yes. Cloth is dyed and matched to your palette, and trims follow it, so the uniform reads as your brand rather than the closest catalogue shade.
We open new branches every year. How do re-orders work?
Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A new branch’s order runs from the same digital patterns, so the garments match the existing team exactly.
Can different departments have different colours in one programme?
Yes. Department colour standards are handled in production through colour-blocking and dyed-to-match cloth, all under one order structure.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and run programmes for overseas buyers, including a Hawaii-based uniform procurement house.
Our team needs fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
When should an Australian EOFY uniform renewal be ordered?
Order Feb – Apr 2027, with the programme in service by 30 June 2027. February and March orders carry the buffer; April orders need the fastest clock, confirmed at the quote stage.
What labelling do uniforms need for Australia?
Care instructions meeting the Consumer Goods (Care Labelling) Information Standard 2023, based on AS/NZS 1957, in English or the five international care symbols, and a country-of-origin label under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905. Both labels are specified before bulk so they are sewn in, and apparel must arrive clean and free of contamination.
