World KNK manufactures woven banker shirts and corporate uniform programmes in Bandung, Indonesia, from 1,000 pieces per style, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. We are the factory behind the programme: uniform brands, managed programme houses and institutions at scale bring us specifications, and we cut and sew woven shirting to them, in cloth matched to the brand palette, since 2000.
Built for the organisations that run uniform programmes
Most of the corporate uniform market never touches a factory. Uniform brands design the range and sell the contract. Programme houses win the tender, hold the relationship and manage the wardrobe. The manufacturing itself is outsourced, which means every shirt in the catalogue was made somewhere, and the factory behind it decides whether the second production run matches the first. That factory relationship is what this page is about. World KNK produces woven shirting to buyer-held specifications for exactly these organisations: corporate uniform brands that need offshore capacity without giving up consistency, programme houses that need a production partner who answers on re-orders, and large institutions that buy manufacturing directly against a written specification.
Uniform buyers in banking write fabric requirements into their tenders, specify the blends and weaves, and audit what arrives. Producing against that discipline is normal work here: specifications come in as tech packs, reference garments or fabric briefs, and every style is sampled, approved and locked into digital patterns before bulk is cut.
What a managed programme needs from its factory
Banker & executive shirts
Classic and tailored-fit woven shirts in easy-care poly-cotton twills and poplins, cut to your specification.
Custom fabric development
Cloth developed to your brief from 1,500 pieces per style: composition, weight, weave and colour matched to the brand.
Size runs that hold
Patterns are graded digitally on Lectra systems and stored, so size XS to 5XL fits the same body across every run.
Branding in production
Embroidery, colour-blocking and printed details applied during manufacturing, not ironed on after the shirts leave the line.
Replenishment for staff churn
Branches and departments hire constantly; top-up orders come off stored patterns and match the first delivery exactly.
Programme continuity
One factory, one specification, years of re-orders: the second and tenth production run answer to the first.
Brand consistency is a production discipline, not a promise
Corporate shirting lives or dies on the details a buyer checks: the shirt from production run two matching run one, the palette holding across styles, the embroidery sitting exactly where the artwork places it. The discipline that delivers it is structural. Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with the programme, so a re-order is manufactured from the same digital pattern, not re-developed. Branding is applied in production against approved artwork. Samples are approved before bulk, and the specification locked at approval is the specification the line sews to, order after order. Programme houses and brands audit what arrives; this is a factory built to pass that audit.
FOB (full service) manufacturing
Programme operators run different supply models, and both are on offer here. Under FOB (full service), we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment. The production floor, pattern-making and QC are the same on every programme, and every programme starts at 1,000 pieces per style.
How a programme order runs
Send the specification: tech packs, reference garments or the current catalogue shirt to improve on, with your size breakdown and annual volumes. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks and worn, washed and audited before approval. Bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric, with customs and shipping documentation handled from our side. Plan the wardrobe around churn: a standing replenishment rhythm off stored patterns keeps every branch in specification without re-tendering the shirt.
Corporate uniform programme FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.
Do you work with uniform brands and programme houses?
Yes. That is who this page is written for: brands, managed programme houses and institutions that hold specifications and buy manufacturing against them, including a Hawaii-based procurement house.
Can you match the palette across styles and re-orders?
Yes. Cloth is dyed to the brand palette, embroidery is applied in production against approved artwork, and re-orders are cut from the same stored Lectra patterns.
How does FOB (full service) work for a programme?
We source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece. One quoted per-style price, from 1,000 pieces per style.
How do replenishment orders stay consistent?
Patterns, specs and approved artwork stay on file with the factory. A top-up order manufactures to the same locked specification as the first delivery.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
