World KNK makes hotel and resort uniforms in Bandung, Indonesia — woven garments, produced in our own factory since 2000. Hotel uniform programmes start at 500 pieces per style (1,500 for custom fabric development), backed by 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity, sampling in 1–2 weeks and bulk delivery in 6–12 weeks. Front office to housekeeping, restaurant to spa: one factory outfits the whole property, and your patterns stay on file so next season’s re-order matches this season’s fit.
Why hotels and resorts choose a woven specialist
Uniforms live a harder life than fashion garments. They are worn every shift, washed commercially, photographed by guests, and compared across departments — so the factory behind them matters more than the catalogue. We weave, cut and sew woven garments only: shirts, blouses, dresses, trousers, skirts, vests and light jackets, the core of any hotel or resort wardrobe. Every programme is built around a proper size range rather than a compromise, and branding is applied cleanly in production — embroidery, colour-blocking and printed details that still look sharp after months on the floor.
Patterns are cut on Lectra digital systems and stored with your programme. That is the detail procurement teams care about most: when you re-order in year three, the shirt fits like the first order, because it comes from the same digital pattern, on the same lines, under the same quality checks.

How a uniform programme runs
Tell us the departments, headcounts and the look you are after — tech packs help, but sketches and reference photos are enough to start. We develop patterns digitally, sample in 1–2 weeks, and you approve the fit before bulk runs. Bulk production takes 6–12 weeks depending on fabric; custom-developed fabric adds 4–8 weeks. From then on, re-orders are simple: the programme is on file, and a repeat order skips the development work entirely.
Who we work with
We produce uniform programmes for hotel and resort groups, uniform wholesalers and procurement houses that supply the hospitality industry — including a Hawaii-based procurement house whose programmes we have shipped from Bandung. Government, corporate and institutional wear runs on the same floor, which is why school and corporate uniform buyers sit alongside the hospitality programme book.
Hotel uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order for hotel and resort uniforms?
500 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.
How long does a hotel uniform programme take?
Sampling takes 1–2 weeks. Bulk production takes 6–12 weeks depending on fabric, plus 4–8 weeks if we are developing custom fabric for you.
Can you make uniforms to our own designs?
Yes. Patterns are developed and cut digitally on Lectra systems, sampled for your approval, then stored so re-orders match the approved fit.
Can you add our logo and brand colours?
Yes — embroidery, colour-blocking and printed details are applied in production, dyed and matched to your brand palette.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and currently ship uniform programmes to buyers including a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We run a boutique property and need fewer than 500 pieces. Can you help?
Our minimum is 500 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Below that the per-piece economics stop working for both of us, so we would rather be upfront before you spend time on a tech pack.
