World KNK makes uniforms for BPO and call centre operators in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your design, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung with documentation handled from our side.
A floor that hires every month needs a factory, not a print shop
No industry replaces its wardrobe faster than outsourced operations. Seats fill, campaigns turn over, attrition runs at rates other industries never see, and every new intake arrives to find whatever the last print order left behind. Each client campaign wants its own look, each site wants its people recognisable at a glance, and every client visit puts the floor in front of the people who renew the contract. The supply layer that serves this, local decorators and print shops, re-quotes every order and drifts a little more each time. A factory programme replaces the drift with a held specification: cloth dyed to each campaign’s colours, branding applied in production, patterns stored so the batch that lands in March matches the one that landed in September, and capacity that absorbs an intake wave of five hundred new starters without pushing anyone’s order back a month.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so every site, every campaign and every intake comes off the same files and matches the first delivery exactly.
What we make for BPO and call centre operators
Campaign shirts
Woven shirts in each client campaign’s colourway, run at 1,000 pieces per style per campaign.
Team leader & supervisor tiers
Distinctly coloured leadership shirting so escalation paths are visible across a full floor.
QA & operations manager wear
Quieter tailored pieces for the managers who walk the floor and meet client teams.
People team & front-of-house
HR and visitor-facing wear for the people who greet candidates, clients and auditors at reception.
Site-launch wardrobes
A new site dresses all its tiers in one programme, delivered ahead of go-live.
Monthly intake top-ups
Intake never stops; top-ups pull from patterns on file and match every shirt already on the floor.
One operator, many campaigns, one specification
An outsourcing business is really a portfolio of client brands under one roof, and the wardrobe has to carry both: campaign colour-coding so a client’s team is identifiable across the floor, and one underlying specification, the same cloth standards, the same fit, the same construction details, so the operator’s whole organisation still reads as one company. That is a manufacturing problem, not a printing problem. Colourways are run as separate styles at 1,000 pieces each, role tiers are coded within each campaign, and the stored pattern set means a client’s ninth month on site looks identical to its first. Visit days stop being a scramble to find the good shirts, because every shirt is the good shirt.
How ordering works
Send your brand guide or campaign briefs, your site headcount and size breakdown across the tiers. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks. Have team members wear and wash them through real shifts before approving bulk, then production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships with documentation handled from our side, scheduled to your site-launch and intake calendar. Order a buffer: the floor hires every month, and patterns on file turn every intake into a matching re-order.
BPO uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Each campaign colourway runs as its own style at 1,000 pieces, which suits a single large site or one campaign across several sites.
Can one programme cover several client campaigns?
Yes. Campaign colourways run as separate styles in one programme, with role tiers coded within each campaign and one underlying cloth and construction specification across the lot.
How do top-ups for new intakes work?
Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up matches the first delivery exactly, so the intake starting next month wears what the current floor wears.
We are opening a new site. Can you dress it from zero?
Yes. A site-launch wardrobe covers every tier in one programme, scheduled to arrive ahead of go-live, with follow-up intakes pulled from the same patterns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
