World KNK makes uniforms for telecom retail store networks in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your brand’s design, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung with documentation handled from our side.
The tech retail floor sells trust in a collar
A telecom store asks a stranger to sign a two-year contract on the strength of a fifteen-minute conversation, and the first thing that stranger reads is the team: who works here, who is safe to hand a phone and a payment plan to. The global carriers solved this with corporate uniform portals, official approved garments ordered store by store through a brand shop, and the model stops working the moment the network is anything other than the carrier itself: dealer networks, MVNO retail chains, franchise telecom stores and regional carriers buy locally, batch by batch, and every store ends up in a different shade of the same brand. A made-to-spec programme gives the network its own wardrobe: cloth dyed to the brand palette order after order, role colours separating sales from tech support from management, patterns stored so store number twenty dresses identically to the flagship.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so every new store, every intake and every refresh comes off the same files and matches the first delivery exactly.
What we make for telecom retail networks
Sales consultant shirts
Sharp collared woven shirts for the floor where contracts are signed and phones demonstrated.
Tech support & repair counters
Role-coloured pieces for the technical bench, readable at a glance across a busy store.
Store manager pieces
Smarter tailored shirting for the managers who coach the floor and mind the numbers.
Dealer network standard sets
Franchise and dealer stores order the identical programme from the same stored patterns.
Launch & campaign sets
Device launch days and campaigns run their own accent within the brand palette, applied in production.
Store intake top-ups
Telco retail churns fast; every top-up pulls from patterns on file and matches the first delivery exactly.
One network, every store, one specification
The telecom failure mode is the same as every chain’s, only faster, because the store count is high and the hiring never stops: each region orders locally, franchisees improvise, and within a season the brand that owns the national spectrum wears five different shirts in five different malls. The discipline that prevents it is manufacturing discipline, not shopping: one design held on file, cloth dyed to match order after order, branding applied in production rather than printed on afterwards, and re-orders cut from the same stored patterns. When the brand refreshes its look, the refresh runs across the whole network from the same files, and every store changes together instead of in a slow, drifting wave.
How ordering works
Send your brand guide or current store shirts, with headcount and size breakdown across the roles and your store list. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks. Have the team wear and wash them through real trading days before approving bulk, then production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships with documentation handled from our side, scheduled to your rollout calendar. Order a buffer: retail hiring never stops, and patterns on file turn every intake into a matching re-order.
Telco retail uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Role tiers run as separate styles, each at 1,000, which suits a network rollout or a regional refresh.
Can dealer and franchise stores order the same programme?
Yes, and that is the point of holding patterns on file: a dealer’s order is cut from the same nest as the corporate stores, so the whole network stays on one standard.
Can launch days have their own look?
Yes. Campaign and launch sets run an accent within the brand palette, applied in production, cut from the same patterns as the core wardrobe.
How do re-orders for constant store hiring work?
Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up matches the first delivery exactly, so the consultant inducted on Monday wears what the team wears.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
