Every household knows the logo; the office tier deserves the standard

An energy retailer or water utility owns one of the most recognised brands in its market: the logo is on every bill in the state. The supply layer serving that brand, though, is built almost entirely for the field: managed programmes deliver the crews’ safety workwear, and the corporate shirt arrives as an afterthought line in the same catalogue. The consequence is a utility whose office tier, the customer care centre answering the storm-night calls, the brand branches where customers walk in to dispute a bill, the complaints and resolutions team, the metering office, wears whatever the field programme’s catalogue had left. A made-to-spec programme gives the office tier its own wardrobe: cloth dyed to the corporate palette, role colours that read across an open-plan care floor, patterns stored so the intake that started this month matches the team that has carried the brand for years.

Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so every intake, every site and every new care centre comes off the same files and matches the first delivery exactly.

What we make for energy retailers and water utilities

Customer care centre shirts

Comfortable, presentable shirting for the phones and the storm-night surge shifts.

Brand branch & shopfront teams

Polished shirting for the walk-in branches where customers come to argue and to pay.

Complaints & resolutions wear

Identifiable, calm-looking pieces for the hardest conversations the brand has.

Metering & scheduling office wear

Practical collared shirts for the office teams coordinating the field, dressed like the office they are.

Executive & stakeholder pieces

Tailored-tier shirting for regulator meetings, community consultations and the board.

Shift-intake top-ups

Care centres roster around the clock; top-ups pull from patterns on file and match the floor exactly.

Dress the office tier; the field runs its own specification

A clear line keeps this programme precise: it dresses the utility’s customer-facing and administrative workforce, the people whose day is calls, counters and correspondence. The field crews’ workwear is operational gear quoted against the written safety specification your operations and safety teams hold, alongside your industrial supplier. What connects the two streams is the palette and the label standard, so the utility reads as one organisation from the care centre to the truck, with each stream quoted and held separately.

How ordering works

Send your designs, reference shirts or the current office wardrobe, with headcount and size breakdown across the tiers and your site list. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks. Have staff wear and wash them through real shifts before approving bulk, then production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships with documentation handled from our side. Order a buffer: care centres hire around the clock, and patterns on file turn every intake into a matching re-order.

Utility uniform FAQs

What is the minimum order?

1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Role tiers run as separate styles, each at 1,000, which suits a major retailer’s care-centre and branch network.

Do you make the field crews’ workwear?

Field operational garments are quoted against your operations team’s written safety specification. This programme is the office and customer-facing wardrobe; the two can share one palette.

Can one programme cover care centres and brand branches?

Yes. Tiers run as separate styles in one programme, role-coloured for reading across an open floor, all held to one cloth and construction specification.

How do re-orders for round-the-clock rosters work?

Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up matches the first delivery exactly, so the officers starting the night roster wear what the day shift wears.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.

We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?

For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
