World KNK makes uniforms for waste management and recycling companies in Bandung, Indonesia, from 1,000 pieces per style on FOB (full service) terms. Customer service and call centre shirting, commercial sales team wear, administration office lines, transfer station front office tiers and corporate head office wardrobes, cut and sewn to the company’s own design with your logo, colours and labels applied in production. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung to your doors. The factory is a woven specialist producing since 2000 with 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity, and it cuts every programme on Lectra systems so every depot office and the head office dress to one standard.
The only wardrobe this industry was ever offered is a rental
Ask what a waste and recycling company’s staff wear, and the answer the supply layer gives is one garment: the high-visibility rental, issued to drivers and crews, laundered weekly, replaced when torn. That rental industry is excellent at what it does, and the crews need it. But the company behind the trucks is a business with sales teams calling on councils and commercial clients, customer service lines handling collections and missed pickups, administration offices, transfer station front desks and a head office, and for those people the supply layer offers nothing at all: research the category and no uniform programme addresses the waste sector’s office and customer-facing tiers. The company’s brand walks into a council tender meeting or answers a resident’s call wearing whatever generic catalogue the office manager found. A made-to-design wardrobe closes that gap: woven shirting cut to the company’s pattern, dyed to its palette, one specification from the head office to the weighbridge, with the crews’ rental programme left exactly where it belongs.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so the graduate hire or the new depot’s intake comes off the same patterns and matches the company exactly.
What we make for waste and recycling companies
Customer service & call centre teams
Easy-care wovens for the lines that handle collections, schedules and missed pickups.
Commercial sales & account teams
Tailored shirting for the reps who win council contracts and commercial accounts.
Administration & compliance offices
Office lines for the teams who keep routes, records and reporting straight.
Transfer station & weighbridge front office
Identifiable front-desk wear for the facilities customers and carriers actually visit.
Corporate & regional head office
Executive and head office wardrobes to the same palette, one brand across regions.
Multi-site sets & top-ups
One specification across every depot office and region, with intakes from patterns on file.
The office wardrobe; the depot stays with its rental programme
A clear line keeps this programme precise: it dresses the customer-facing, sales, administrative and corporate workforce, the people the company sends to meetings, call lines and front desks. Depot crews and drivers wear high-visibility and protective workwear through the rental and safety channel, quoted against the operations team’s own requirements. What the two programmes share is the palette and the label standard, so the company reads as one brand from the tender meeting to the gate, with each stream quoted and held separately.
How ordering works
Send the company’s colours, a design reference or the shirts your offices wear now, and your headcount with size breakdowns across the regions. We quote per style on FOB (full service) terms, put fabric options on the table, and courier samples within 1 to 2 weeks. Trial them through real working weeks before approving bulk, then production runs 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships from Bandung with export documentation handled. Companies developing a signature fabric should plan 1,500 pieces to open the development run. Regional networks order a buffer: patterns on file turn every depot’s intake into a matching re-order.
Waste sector uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style. A company usually runs several styles across customer service, sales, admin and corporate tiers, which clears the minimum comfortably.
Do you make the drivers’ and crews’ safety workwear?
No. Depot crews and drivers wear high-visibility and protective garments through the rental and safety channel, quoted against the operations team’s requirements. Our programme is the office, sales and customer-facing wardrobe.
Can you match our corporate colours?
Yes. The company colours are dyed into the fabric against your approved standard and held for the programme, so every re-order across every region matches.
What does FOB (full service) include?
We source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece. You get finished garments at one quoted per-style price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The factory exports woven programmes worldwide, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house, and handles export documentation from Bandung.
We need 500 pieces per style, not 1,000. Is there an option?
Our sister brand Kizen Lab produces woven and non-woven programmes from 500 pieces per style at kizenlab.com, in the same factory group.
