World KNK manufactures woven corporate shirts for retail chains in Bandung, Indonesia, from 1,000 pieces per style, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Head office teams, area and field managers, premium-format floors and support departments: the parts of a retail group that meet suppliers, franchisees, media and customers in collared shirting rather than a store polo. Cut and sewn to your design since 2000, in cloth matched to the brand palette.
The woven layer of a retail chain
Store floors mostly live in knit polos and tees, and that is the right call for the stockroom and the checkout. But every chain carries a woven layer that no polo can serve: the area manager walking twenty stores a week, the head office team that suppliers and landlords meet first, the premium-format store whose floor staff trade on presentation, the pharmacy counter, the support departments that front the brand at industry events. Across a chain of hundreds of stores, that woven population is a genuine institutional programme: thousands of pieces per style, replenished for churn, consistent across states and seasons.
That is the programme this page is built for. It runs at 1,000 pieces per style minimum, patterns are graded digitally on Lectra systems and stored with the programme, and every re-order is cut from the same digital nest as the first delivery.
What we make for retail head offices and field teams
Area & field manager shirts
Easy-care woven shirts that survive a week of store visits and still read corporate at the franchise meeting.
Head office shirting
Classic and tailored-fit business shirts for buying, merchandising, marketing and support teams.
Premium-format floor wear
Shirting for the formats that trade on presentation, cut to the same standard as the store’s fit-out.
Brand-palette development
Cloth developed to the brand’s own colours from 1,500 pieces per style, matched across every style in the programme.
Role colour-coding
Distinct palettes for field, office and premium-floor roles, stable across styles and re-orders for years.
Churn replenishment
Field teams and offices hire constantly; top-ups come off stored patterns and match the first delivery exactly.
One brand palette across every run
A retail group’s shirts are brand assets, and the failure mode is familiar: the second order arrives a shade off, the field team’s shirts drift from head office’s, and the palette quietly fragments across the country. The discipline that prevents it is structural. Cloth is dyed to the brand palette; embroidery and colour-blocking are applied in production against approved artwork; patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored, so run two is manufactured from the same nest as run one. Samples are approved before bulk, and the specification locked at approval is the specification the line sews to, order after order. Procurement teams audit what arrives; this is a factory built to pass that audit, including a Hawaii-based procurement house among its buyers.
FOB (full service) manufacturing
Retail groups run different supply models, and both are on offer here. Under FOB (full service), we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment. The production floor, pattern-making and QC are the same on every programme, and every programme starts at 1,000 pieces per style.
How a chain programme order runs
Send the specification: tech packs, reference garments or the current shirts to improve on, with your size breakdown and annual volumes across the head office and field population. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks and worn, washed and audited before approval. Bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric, with customs and shipping documentation handled from our side. Plan around churn: a standing replenishment rhythm off stored patterns keeps every region in specification without re-tendering the shirt.
Retail corporate programme FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.
We also need store-floor polos. Do you make those?
The woven programme above is what this page covers. For smaller woven programmes at 500 pieces per style, our subsidiary Kizen Lab runs them on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com in the same factory group.
Can you match our brand palette across styles?
Yes. Cloth is dyed to the brand palette, branding is applied in production against approved artwork, and re-orders are cut from the same stored Lectra patterns.
How does FOB (full service) work for a retail group?
We source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece. One quoted per-style price, from 1,000 pieces per style.
How do re-orders stay consistent across regions?
Patterns, specs and approved artwork stay on file with the factory. Every top-up manufactures to the same locked specification as the first delivery.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
