Food & Beverage Factory Uniforms from 1,000 Pieces

World KNK makes uniforms for food and beverage manufacturers in Bandung, Indonesia, from 1,000 pieces per style on FOB (full service) terms. Production-line garments built to the plant’s written specification, QA and technical wear, supervisor tiers, engineering office shirting, head office lines and visitor sets, cut and sewn to the company’s own design with your logo, colours and labels applied in production. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung to your doors. The factory is a woven specialist producing since 2000 with 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity, and it cuts every programme on Lectra systems so every plant in the group dresses identically.

The plant’s colour code, made in the fabric

Walk a food plant and the wardrobe is a map: one colour for production, another for quality, another for supervisors, another for visitors who must be identifiable at fifty paces. Colour coding by department is standard practice across the industry, because a glance should tell you who belongs where. But most plants get that map from a rental catalogue, choosing between whatever colours the route driver brought this week, or from stock coats in three shades that almost match. A made-to-design programme builds the map into the fabric: department colours dyed to the company’s palette, one specification held for every plant in the group, and styles cut on Lectra so a supervisor at site A wears what a supervisor at site B wears. The rental truck can keep the laundering; the brand belongs to the factory that makes the garment.

Every style is a woven garment, which is what the technical and office tiers need: shirting that holds a press through a shift, coats with structure, and colour that stays true wash after industrial wash.

What we make for food and beverage manufacturers

Production-line garments

Built strictly to the plant’s written specification, colour-coded by department and made to design.

QA & technical teams

Woven lab coats and inspector wear for the people who hold the product to its standard.

Supervisors & line leaders

A distinct tier so the escalation path reads across the floor at a glance.

Engineering & maintenance offices

Practical woven shirting for plant engineers and the maintenance planning office.

Office & commercial teams

Head office, sales and export shirting to the same palette, one brand from floor to front office.

Visitor & intake sets

Identifiable visitor coats plus new-hire intake sets, standardised across every plant in the group.

Built to your specification, claimed by no one else

A clear line keeps this programme precise. Food plants operate under their own food-safety systems, and the garments worn on the line carry requirements that live in the plant’s written specification. Where we make production-line or QA garments, we build strictly to the specification you hold, with no claims of ours attached; the laundering and compliance programme stays with your provider. What we add is the manufacturing layer the rental model cannot: the company’s own colours dyed to standard, department coding built into the fabric order, patterns held on file, and one specification that every plant, every intake and every re-order matches.

How ordering works

Send the specification your food-safety team holds for line garments, the department colour map, and your headcount with size breakdowns across plants. We quote per style on FOB (full service) terms, put fabric options on the table, and courier samples within 1 to 2 weeks. Trial them through real production weeks before approving bulk, then production runs 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships from Bandung with export documentation handled. Companies developing a signature fabric should plan 1,500 pieces to open the development run. Multi-plant groups order a buffer: patterns on file turn every site’s intake into a matching re-order.

Food factory uniform FAQs

What is the minimum order?

1,000 pieces per style. A plant usually runs several styles, one per department colour, which clears the minimum comfortably across a full wardrobe.

Can you build to our food-safety specification?

Yes. Where a garment serves on the line, we build strictly to the written specification your food-safety team holds, with no claims of ours attached. The compliance programme stays with your provider.

Can department colours be dyed to our palette?

Yes. Department coding is built into the fabric order against your approved standards, so the colours match each other and the brand, across every plant.

What does FOB (full service) include?

We source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece. You get finished garments at one quoted per-style price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The factory exports woven programmes worldwide, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house, and handles export documentation from Bandung.

We need 500 pieces per style, not 1,000. Is there an option?

Our sister brand Kizen Lab produces woven and non-woven programmes from 500 pieces per style at kizenlab.com, in the same factory group.
