Denim Workwear Manufacturer for Construction

World KNK makes denim workwear for construction crews and industrial teams in Bandung, Indonesia: denim trousers, shirts, jackets and overalls cut and sewn to your specification, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, so a programme agreed this month is on your crews before the next project breaks ground.

Own your workwear, don’t rent it

Most construction workwear comes one of two ways: a catalogue brand every competitor also wears, or a rental programme where the garments never belong to you and every wash belongs to someone else’s schedule. Making your denim programme is the third way. The trousers, shirts and jackets are cut and sewn to your specification, in the weights and fits your sites actually need, with your company branding embroidered in production. The garments belong to you, the quality is built to your standard, and the crew looks like one crew from site office to slab.

Patterns are developed and cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme. New starters, new sites and annual intakes are met from the same patterns, so this year’s issue matches last year’s exactly.

What we make for construction crews

Denim work trousers

Heavy woven denim cut for bending, kneeling and climbing, with reinforcement where the wear actually lands.

Jeans-style work pants

Crew favourites built to specification: the rise, the leg and the pockets your sites ask for.

Denim work shirts

Structured woven denim shirts that hold up through long days and repeated hot washes.

Jackets & overshirts

Durable denim layers for early starts, wind and weather, branded across the back in production.

Bib-style overalls

Classic site denim overalls sewn to your pattern, with the tool pockets your crews specify.

Company branding in production

Logos and crew marks embroidered as the garment is made, positioned identically across every piece.

Durability starts in the weave

Denim is a rugged woven twill, and it earns its reputation on site: it resists snags, takes repeated hot laundering and fades into the job rather than apart from it. We build on that base with the specification doing the rest: cloth weight matched to the duty cycle, stitching reinforced at pockets, knees and stress points, and hardware that survives the same wash cycles as the cloth. Samples are worn and washed by real crew before bulk is approved, because a workwear programme is judged after the first month on site, not on a hanger.

How a denim programme runs

Start with reference garments, sketches or your current issue to improve on. Samples are in your hands in 1 to 2 weeks, worn and washed by your crew before approval. While samples are out, build the quantity breakdown by style and size against your crew list. Bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric; a custom-developed cloth adds 4 to 8 weeks, so raise it early. Order a buffer beyond headcount: new hires are constant on site, and patterns on file turn every top-up into a matching re-order.

Denim workwear FAQs

What is the minimum order for denim workwear?

1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.

Can you make the denim to our own fit and features?

Yes. Rise, leg, pockets, stitching and trims are all built to your specification, and samples are approved on real crew before bulk.

Can our company logo go on every piece?

Yes. Logos and crew marks are embroidered in production, positioned identically across every garment in the order.

How durable is the denim you use?

Denim is a rugged woven twill by nature; we match the cloth weight to your duty cycle and reinforce the stress points, then test the samples through real washing before bulk production.

How do re-orders work as we hire?

Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up order matches the first issue exactly, without paying for development again.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and run programmes for overseas buyers, including a Hawaii-based uniform procurement house.

What else can one factory programme cover?

Beyond denim, the same lines make woven work shirts, trousers, vests and jackets for offices, hospitality and institutional teams, all under the same quality standards.
