World KNK makes uniforms for fuel and convenience retail networks in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your brand’s design, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung with documentation handled from our side.
The most-seen brand on the road dresses thousands of doors
A fuel and convenience network owns one of the most recognisable brands in the country, and it meets the public through hundreds of sites staffed around the clock: the shop floor team, the customer care line, the area managers driving between sites, the head office above it all. The wardrobe that represents that brand is replenishment buying at industrial scale, and the usual supply path loses control of it early: each region orders from its own decorator, franchisees source their own, and within a season the same national brand wears four different shades of the same shirt. Forecourt-facing garments are operational wear quoted against the safety specification your operations team holds; what this programme runs is everything the customer actually meets, held to one specification from one factory.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so the site that opens next month dresses identically to the network’s first, and the franchisee who joins gets the same standard as the company sites.
What we make for fuel and convenience networks
Shop floor team shirts
Easy-care woven shirts for the counter and aisles, sharp at the eleventh hour of a night shift.
Customer care & support lines
Polished shirting for the team behind the app, the phone line and the complaints that matter.
Area manager pieces
Smarter tailored shirting for the managers who walk sites and coach store teams daily.
Head office & support wear
Consistent shirting for the offices, so the whole network reads as one brand end to end.
Franchise standard sets
Franchisees order the identical programme from the same stored patterns, at the same specification.
Network-wide top-ups
Retail churns constantly; every intake pulls from patterns on file and matches the first delivery exactly.
One brand, every site, one specification
The network’s failure mode is regional drift, and convenience retail hits it faster than any trade because the site count is huge and the hiring never stops. The discipline that prevents it is a held manufacturing specification rather than a catalogue: cloth dyed to the brand palette order after order, embroidery applied in production, role colours separating shop floor from care line from management, and patterns stored so a franchisee’s first order matches the company-owned site down the road. When the brand refreshes, the refresh runs across the whole network from the same patterns, and every site changes together instead of in a slow wave.
How ordering works
Send your brand guide or current shirts, with headcount and size breakdown across the roles and your site list. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks. Have store teams wear and wash them through real shifts before approving bulk, then production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships with documentation handled from our side, scheduled to your rollout calendar. Order a buffer: retail hiring never stops, and patterns on file turn every intake into a matching re-order.
Fuel & convenience uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Role tiers run as separate styles, each at 1,000, which suits a network rollout or a regional refresh.
Do you make the forecourt safety garments?
Forecourt-facing operational garments are quoted against the written safety specification your operations team holds. This programme is the customer-facing and office wardrobe; the two can share one palette.
Can franchisees order the same programme?
Yes, and that is the point of holding patterns on file: a franchisee’s order is cut from the same nest as the company sites, so the whole network stays on one standard.
How do re-orders for constant store hiring work?
Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up matches the first delivery exactly, so the starter inducted on Monday wears what the team wears.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
