World KNK manufactures woven uniforms for warehouses, distribution centres and 3PL operations in Bandung, Indonesia, cut and sewn to specification from 1,000 pieces per style. Floor teams, supervisors, inventory and front-office staff, all dressed to one specification with department colour-coding and your logo applied in production, backed by a factory producing since 2000 with 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks.
A distribution centre is easier to run when the wardrobe is specified
Warehouse dress codes keep landing on the same advice: collared shirts read professional, hold up through shifts, and make staff identifiable on a busy floor. The problem is supply. The industry is served by managed rental programmes that cycle standard garments, workwear brands sold at retail, and safety catalogues where every page is high-visibility gear. What is missing is the middle: a factory that manufactures your collared work shirts to your specification, in your colours, at programme scale, with department colour-coding and grading across every hire. That is the lane World KNK works.
Third-party logistics operators have the harder version of the problem: multiple sites, multiple clients, and shirts that need to read as one operation. Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so site two matches site one, a new client contract colour-codes cleanly, and every re-order comes off the same files and matches the first delivery exactly.
What we make for warehouse and logistics teams
Floor work shirts
Durable woven shirts with collars, built for physical shifts and daily commercial laundering.
Inventory & office staff
Crisper woven pieces for the teams on systems, consistent with the floor wardrobe.
Supervisor shirts
Distinct colour or trim for shift leads, so the floor reads the chain of command at a glance.
Department colour-coding
Inbound, outbound, inventory and admin dyed to different standards across one site or many.
3PL multi-client programmes
One specification with per-client colour standards, locked on file and matched on every re-order.
Top-ups & new sites
New starters and new distribution centres handled from patterns on file, matching the first delivery exactly.
Programme terms
The minimum is 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across the size run, with custom fabric development from 1,500 pieces. Quotes are ex-factory Bandung: fabric, trims, make and finishing in one complete number. Programmes run on FOB (full service) terms: we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks of specification, bulk takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric, and export documentation is handled from our side.
Woven specialists
World KNK makes woven garments only: shirts, blouses, dresses, trousers, skirts, vests and light jackets. Woven cloth is what warehouse wear is judged on, structure through a physical shift, colour that survives constant laundering, consistency across every site and intake, and it is the whole focus here rather than one line among many. More than five million pieces have left the floor since 2000.
How ordering works
Send the specification: departments, garment types, colours, headcount by site and size breakdowns. We quote the programme and put fabric options on the table. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks, approved on real staff, then bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric. Order a buffer for turnover: patterns on file turn every top-up into a matching re-order.
Warehouse uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.
Can departments and sites have their own colours?
Yes. Cloth is dyed to your department and site standards, all locked on file so every re-order matches the first delivery.
We operate multiple sites as a 3PL. Can we standardise?
Yes. One specification covers the operation, with per-client colour standards held on file, and new sites re-order off the same patterns instead of starting again.
How do samples reach us?
Samples are couriered from Bandung and arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of specification, ready to be worn and washed before you approve bulk.
Can you work to a written dress code?
Yes. Specifications, minimums, timelines and terms are documented up front, which is what an operations or procurement team needs to see.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven clothing programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
