World KNK manufactures corporate and F&B uniforms for Singapore companies in Bandung, Indonesia, cut and sewn to specification from 1,000 pieces per style. Singapore’s uniform market is supplied locally by stock programmes and decorators, so the made-to-spec factory lane is the gap: shirts, blouses, dresses, trousers and skirts cut to your design, in your brand colours, with embroidery applied in production. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, backed by a factory producing since 2000 with 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity. Singapore sits a short sea hop from our dock in Bandung, which makes logistics the simplest part of the programme.
Why Singapore companies manufacture to spec
The local supply layer serves stock well: catalogue programmes, decoration shops and rental fleets. What it does not offer is a factory manufacturing the wardrobe to your own specification — your fit, your palette, your department colour-coding, produced at programme scale and reproduced identically on every re-order. That matters in Singapore’s market more than most: F&B groups open outlets constantly and every new site needs the identical look on opening day; corporate towers rebrand and every floor changes together; hospitality teams refresh seasonally. Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so every re-order comes off the same files and matches the first delivery exactly.
Freight closes the loop: Bandung to Singapore is days at sea, samples travel by air courier within 1 to 2 weeks of specification, and documentation is handled from our side. Group customers include a Hawaii-based procurement house.

Programme terms
The minimum is 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across the size run, with custom fabric development from 1,500 pieces. Quotes are ex-factory Bandung: fabric, trims, make and finishing in one complete number, with freight to Singapore arranged through your forwarder or ours. Programmes run on FOB (full service) terms: we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment.
Woven specialists
World KNK makes woven garments only: shirts, blouses, dresses, trousers, skirts, vests and light jackets. Woven cloth is what corporate and F&B wear is judged on, structure through a long shift, colour that survives constant laundering, consistency across every outlet, and it is the whole focus here rather than one line among many. More than five million pieces have left the floor since 2000.
How ordering from Singapore works
Send your designs, reference garments or your brand palette, along with headcount by outlet and your size breakdown. We quote the programme and put fabric options on the table. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks, approved on real staff, then bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric. Order a buffer for new openings: patterns on file turn every top-up into a matching re-order.
Singapore uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.
How close is the factory to Singapore?
Bandung to Singapore is a short sea hop: bulk ships in days once production finishes, and samples arrive by air courier within 1 to 2 weeks of specification.
Can each outlet have its own colour?
Yes. Outlet and role colour-coding is dyed to your standards, and the palette is locked on file so every future order matches the first delivery.
Will re-orders match the original batch?
Yes. Patterns live on Lectra digital files and bulk is checked against the approved sample before it ships.
Can you work with our F&B group’s opening calendar?
Yes. Plan backward from the opening date and the programme holds: sampling 1 to 2 weeks, bulk 6 to 12 weeks, then days at sea to Singapore.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven clothing programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
