A storage brand is a trust brand

Self-storage customers hand over the contents of a house move, a business archive or a life transition, and the person at the counter is the whole brand: facility managers who run the site, reception staff who sell the unit and take the move-in, regional managers walking multiple properties. A storage operator with twenty, fifty, a hundred sites cannot let each facility order its own shirts, because the brand a customer met on move-in day has to be the same brand at every other site. One factory programme with one specification holds the portfolio together: facility, reception and corporate shirting cut to the brand from 1,000 pieces per style, with branding applied in production.

Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with the programme, so a new site opening or a new manager comes off the same nest as the first delivery exactly.

What we make for storage operators

Facility manager shirts

Collared woven shirts for the site teams, durable enough for walk-throughs and grounds, neat enough for the counter.

Reception & move-in teams

Neater shirting for the desks where customers sign, in the same palette as the site teams.

Regional & corporate wear

Business shirts for area managers and head office, in the same brand system as the sites.

Site colour-coding

Distinct palettes or trims per region, applied in production, stable across the portfolio for years.

Portfolio branding in production

Logo embroidery and name bars embroidered during manufacturing, approved on samples before bulk.

Expansion top-ups

New sites and new hires are constant in a growing portfolio; top-ups come off stored patterns and match the first delivery.

One brand across the whole portfolio

The failure mode in multi-site dressing is drift: head office restocked from one supplier, the newest facility from another, and the brand quietly fragments across the map. The discipline that prevents it is structural. Cloth is dyed to the brand palette; embroidery is applied in production against approved artwork; patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored, so run two is manufactured from the same nest as run one. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks and audited before bulk; bulk runs 6 to 12 weeks with shipping documentation handled from our side. Storage groups audit what arrives; this is a factory built to pass that audit, including a Hawaii-based procurement house among our buyers.

FOB (full service) manufacturing

Storage operators run different supply models, and both are on offer here. Under FOB (full service), we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment. The production floor, pattern-making and QC are the same on every programme, and every programme starts at 1,000 pieces per style.

Storage facility uniform FAQs

What is the minimum order?

1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.

We open new sites constantly. Can you keep up?

Yes. Patterns, specs and artwork stay on file with the factory, so each new site’s opening order manufactures to the same locked specification as the first delivery.

Can site teams wear a different colour from head office?

Yes. Palettes are applied in production per role or region and stay stable across the portfolio and across re-orders.

Our portfolio is smaller than a thousand pieces. Is there an option?

Our subsidiary Kizen Lab runs the same standards from 500 pieces per style on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com, in the same factory group.

How do re-orders stay consistent across regions?

Patterns, specs and approved artwork stay on file with the factory. Every top-up manufactures to the same locked specification as the first delivery.
