Public Service Uniform Manufacturer from 1,000 Pieces

World KNK manufactures woven uniforms for public-facing government service teams in Bandung, Indonesia, cut and sewn to specification from 1,000 pieces per style. Service counters, licensing centres and public offices dress their front-line teams to one standard, and that standard works best when it is manufactured to a written specification rather than assembled from stock. Garments are colour-coded by service stream, made with your logo applied in production, and backed by a factory producing since 2000 with 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity.

The counter is where the public meets the service

A front-line service team spends its day as the face of the organisation: answering the same questions with the same patience, on camera-worthy presentation, shift after shift. The wardrobe that works is built for that job. Cloth that holds its line through a full day under counter lighting. Colour standards that let visitors read which stream handles their business. Construction that survives the industrial laundering a high-rotation wardrobe demands. World KNK manufactures the whole wardrobe to one written specification: woven shirts, blouses, dresses, trousers, skirts and vests, graded across every member of every team.

Public-sector clothing programmes run on documentation, and ours is written, held and honoured. Patterns live on Lectra digital files. Cloth is dyed to a locked standard. Bulk is checked against the approved sample. A re-order in year three comes off the same files and matches the first delivery, which is what a multi-year programme needs from its manufacturer.

What we make for front-line service teams

Counter & service staff

Crisp woven shirts and blouses that read professional through a full shift of face-to-face service.

Service centre teams

Durable, presentable pieces for high-traffic centres, colour-coded by service stream.

Front-of-house & reception

Quiet, tailored pieces for the first people visitors meet, consistent with the wider wardrobe.

Back-office administration

Office wear cut from the same cloth standards, so front-line and back-office read as one organisation.

Role colour-coding

Each stream’s cloth dyed to its own standard, so visitors and staff can read roles at a glance.

Top-ups & re-orders

New starters and team expansions handled from patterns on file, matching the first delivery exactly.

Built for specification-first procurement

The minimum is 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across the size run, with custom fabric development from 1,500 pieces. Quotes are ex-factory Bandung: fabric, trims, make and finishing in one complete number. Programmes run on FOB (full service) terms: we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment. Minimums, timelines, terms and specifications are all documented up front, samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks of specification, and bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric, with export documentation handled from our side.

Woven specialists

World KNK makes woven garments only: shirts, blouses, dresses, trousers, skirts, vests and light jackets. Woven cloth is what public-facing wear is judged on, structure that holds through a shift, colour that survives constant laundering, consistency across every stream and site, and it is the whole focus here rather than one line among many. More than five million pieces have left the floor since 2000.

How ordering works

Send the specification: service streams, garment types, colours, quantities and size breakdowns. We quote the programme and put fabric options on the table. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks, approved against the spec by the staff who will wear them, then bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric. Order a buffer for new starters: patterns on file turn every top-up into a matching re-order.

Public service uniform FAQs

What is the minimum order?

1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.

Can each service stream have its own colour?

Yes. Cloth is dyed to your stream standards, and the palette is locked on file so every future order matches the first delivery.

Will re-orders match the original batch?

Yes. Patterns live on Lectra digital files, cloth is dyed to the locked standard, and bulk is checked against the approved sample before it ships.

How do samples and approvals work?

Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks of specification, worn and washed by real staff, and approved before bulk is cut.

Can you work to a written specification?

Yes. Specifications, minimums, timelines and terms are documented up front, which is what a formal procurement process needs to see.

We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
