World KNK manufactures hotel group uniform programmes in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your brand standard, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung to every property’s door with documentation handled from our side.
One brand, forty properties, one wardrobe
A hotel group writes its uniforms into the brand standards the way it writes the bed size and the breakfast menu: the palette, the silhouette, the embroidery placement, the fabric weight, all specified once at group level and expected at every property on earth. The failure mode is drift, and it happens property by property: the flagship orders from the group’s programme house, the property in the second city orders from a local supplier, a renovation sneaks in a replacement, and within three years the same brand wears three different shirts in three different lobbies. Guests notice; brand audits certainly do. The specialist houses that run group programmes design them, and the making belongs with a factory that holds the specification: cloth dyed to the brand palette order after order, patterns stored so every property’s re-order comes off the same files, and capacity that dresses a new opening without pushing anyone else’s delivery back.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with the programme at group level, so property number forty opens dressed identically to property number one.
What we make for hotel groups
Brand-standard production
The uniform pages of your brand book manufactured to specification: palette, silhouette, embroidery placement, all held.
Portfolio-wide consistency
The same shirt at every property, dyed from the same batch recipe, cut from the same stored patterns.
Per-flag palettes
Multi-brand groups run a palette and label spec per flag under one production discipline.
Regional intake top-ups
Every property’s hires pull from the group’s patterns on file, wherever in the world the property sits.
Reflag & renovation re-dress
A property joining the group or reopening after renovation re-dresses from the group programme, not a local scramble.
Full size runs
Every style graded from the smallest to the largest, so no one at any property wears a different standard.
A group programme, not a property order
The distinction matters to how the programme is built. A single property orders a wardrobe for one building and one team; we run that too, on the hotel & resort programme. A group order is a different shape: the specification is held at group level, the delivery calendar spans properties and time zones, reflaggings and openings arrive as scheduled waves, and the unit of consistency is the brand, not the building. Palettes, label specifications and stored patterns belong to the group; each property draws from them. When the brand refreshes, the refresh runs across the whole portfolio from the same files, and every property changes together instead of in a slow, drifting wave.
How a group programme runs
Start with the brand standards: the uniform specifications, reference garments or the palette to match, with the portfolio’s headcount and size breakdown by role. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered to your flagship or your head office within 1 to 2 weeks. Have the standards team approve the fit on real staff, then bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships to each property with documentation handled from our side. Openings, reflags and intakes run off the same patterns as matching re-orders, scheduled to the group’s calendar.
Hotel group uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Portfolio programmes typically run several styles, one per department tier, each at 1,000 pieces or more.
We operate several brands under one group. Can you hold a spec per brand?
Yes. Each flag runs its own palette, silhouette and label specification under one production discipline, with patterns and brand books stored per brand at the same factory.
A property is being reflagged to our brand. Can you re-dress it?
Yes. Reflags are scheduled waves off the group’s stored patterns, so the property opens under the new brand dressed identically to the rest of the portfolio.
How do per-property re-orders stay on standard?
Property teams order against the group’s patterns on file. Every top-up matches the first delivery exactly, which is what keeps a portfolio off the drift.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
