World KNK makes uniforms for stadium and arena operators in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your design, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung with documentation handled from our side.
Event day puts the workforce in front of sixty thousand
A stadium’s event-day workforce is the largest single team most venues ever field: guest services at the gates, hosts on the concourses, the premium suite and membership staff, concourse retail, event control, and the tour guides who work the building between events. Every one of them faces tens of thousands of attendees in a single afternoon, and most of that workforce is engaged event by event, so the wardrobe churns at a pace permanent staff never create. The buying question is therefore not a uniform but a system: role colours a crowd can read at a distance, garments that survive industrial laundering between events, and a specification that can be repeated at 1,000 pieces a run whenever the intake wave lands. That repetition is exactly what a factory holds and a decorator cannot.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so the intake engaged for finals season comes off the same files as the team that worked the opening round, and matches it exactly.
What we make for stadium and arena operators
Guest services & gate hosts
Crowd-readable woven shirts for the team that fields sixty thousand questions a day.
Premium & membership hospitality
Sharper shirting for suites, members’ areas and function spaces, where the ticket price sets the dress standard.
Concourse retail pieces
Store and outlet wear for the shops that trade hardest in the ninety minutes before kick-off.
Event control & administration
Identifiable, professional pieces for the control room runners and event-day office staff.
Venue tour guides
Branded shirting for the non-event days, when the building earns its keep showing visitors around.
Event-day intake top-ups
Event staff are engaged week by week; top-ups pull from patterns on file and match the existing wardrobe exactly.
The venue dresses itself, not the teams
A clear line keeps this programme sharp: the club wears the club’s brand, and that wardrobe belongs to the club. The stadium operator’s workforce wears the venue’s standard, and it stays on across every event the building hosts, the football, the concert, the big match and the graduation ceremony alike. Role colours are chosen for reading at concourse distance, not for brand campaign work, and one specification runs across every tier so the venue still reads as one operation. When the operator and the resident club share ownership, the two wardrobes can share a palette while remaining two programmes, quoted and held separately.
How ordering works
Send your designs or the current event-day wardrobe, with headcount and size breakdown across the tiers and your event calendar. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks. Have staff wear and wash them through real events before approving bulk, then production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships with documentation handled from our side, scheduled to the fixture list. Order ahead of the season: patterns on file turn every intake wave into a matching re-order.
Stadium uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Role tiers run as separate styles, each at 1,000, which suits a major venue’s event-day headcount.
Can one programme cover guest services, suites and retail?
Yes. Tiers run as separate styles in one programme, role-coloured for reading at distance, all held to one cloth and construction specification.
Do you dress the resident club as well?
The club’s own wardrobe is a different buyer and a different programme. This page is the venue operator’s workforce; the two can share a palette but are quoted separately.
How do top-ups for event-day staff work?
Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up matches the first delivery exactly, so the casuals engaged for finals wear what the season’s regulars wear.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
