Crest and department coding applied in production, patterns stored on Lectra systems for staff-turnover top-ups, and 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity behind the programme. Producing since 2000.

The clubhouse is a venue wearing a crest

A members’ club runs a licensed dining room, function spaces booked most weekends, a pro shop or front reception, and office staff who manage the membership: a venue with a crest on the door. On the course, polos do the work. Inside the clubhouse, the standard rises: members expect restaurant-grade service staff, functions teams dressed for weddings and corporate days, and pro-shop staff who look like the retail operation they run. Most clubs assemble that wardrobe from retail shirts and whatever embroidery shop is closest, and within a season the dining room, the function team and the pro shop read as three different employers. One factory programme with one crest specification is what holds them together, and it is what this page runs at 1,000 pieces per style.

Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with the programme, so a staff-turnover top-up or a function season is cut from the same nest as the first delivery.

What we make for club teams

Clubhouse & dining shirts

Server and steward shirts for the dining room and bars, built for industrial laundering and colour-coded within the club system.

Functions & events teams

Formal collared shirting for wedding, corporate and presentation days, the club’s crest at the room’s standard.

Pro shop & reception staff

Retail-grade woven shirts for the shop and front desk, in the same palette as the clubhouse teams.

Office & administration wear

Business shirts for the secretary’s office, membership and coaching administration, in the club’s colours.

Crest & coding in production

Club crests, department palettes and name bars embroidered during manufacturing, approved on samples before bulk.

Function-season top-ups

Weekend function peaks and staff turnover handled from patterns on file, matching every shirt already in service.

One crest across every room

The club’s crest is the oldest brand standard in sport, and the wardrobe is what carries it indoors. The specification discipline matters: cloth dyed to the club palette, crests and department coding applied in production against approved artwork, samples couriered within 1 to 2 weeks and audited before bulk, and bulk runs 6 to 12 weeks with shipping documentation handled from our side. Procurement committees and club boards audit what arrives; this is a factory built to pass that audit, including a Hawaii-based procurement house among our buyers.

FOB (full service) manufacturing

Clubs run different supply models, and both are on offer here. Under FOB (full service), we source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece before shipment. The production floor, pattern-making and QC are the same on every programme, and every programme starts at 1,000 pieces per style.

How a club programme order runs

Send the specification: tech packs, reference shirts or the current wardrobe to replace, with your department breakdown, staff numbers and size run. Samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks and worn, washed and audited before approval. Bulk production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric, then ships with documentation handled from our side. Plan around the season: a standing replenishment rhythm off stored patterns keeps every room in specification through the function calendar without re-tendering the shirt.

Club uniform FAQs

What is the minimum order?

1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Custom fabric development starts at 1,500 pieces per style.

Do you make on-course playing wear and polos?

This programme covers the collared woven wardrobe inside the clubhouse: dining, functions, pro shop and administration. Playing wear is a different garment category and a different programme.

Our club is smaller than a thousand pieces. Is there an option?

Our subsidiary Kizen Lab runs the same standards from 500 pieces per style on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com, in the same factory group.

Can you embroider the club crest?

Yes. Crests, department palettes and name bars are applied in production against your artwork, approved on samples before bulk runs.

How do re-orders stay consistent between seasons?

Patterns, specs and approved artwork stay on file with the factory. Every top-up manufactures to the same locked specification as the first delivery.

Send the specification
