World KNK makes uniforms for media production companies, studios and networks in Bandung, Indonesia, from 1,000 pieces per style on FOB (full service) terms. Production office and studio front-of-house shirting, on-set crew wear, post-production and technical team lines, sales and development tailoring and corporate office wardrobes, cut and sewn to the company’s own design with your logo, colours and labels applied in production. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung to your doors. The factory is a woven specialist producing since 2000 with 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity, and it cuts every programme on Lectra systems so the whole company matches from the boardroom to the floor.
The crew that never appears on camera still stands beside the people who do
A production company sells one thing above all: its brand. Clients commission it, networks green-light it, and every set it works on is somebody’s location, somebody’s crew and somebody’s behind-the-scenes footage. The camera points at the talent, but the corridor around it is full of people wearing the company’s name: the production office running the schedule, the client services team walking visitors through the studio, the crew at the craft table in a shot that ends up on social media. Brand identity guides for production companies treat the company mark as the core asset, yet when it comes to dressing the team, the supply layer offers promo-catalogue shirts from two dozen print sellers and novelty film-crew tees from marketplaces. A made-to-design wardrobe gives the company the same discipline it brings to a title sequence: production office shirting cut to the house pattern, on-set crew wear in the company colours, client services dressed for the tour, and one standard across every production.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so the crew hired for the next season comes off the same patterns and matches the standing team exactly.

The company wardrobe; the set’s safety gear stays with the production’s spec
A clear line keeps this programme precise: it dresses the company’s own workforce in its own colours. On-set safety garments and any protective requirements live in the production’s written safety specification, and where a style must meet them we build strictly to the specification you hold, with no claims of ours attached. What we make is the woven wardrobe: the shirting and service pieces that carry the company’s name from the pitch meeting to the studio floor.
How ordering works
Send the company’s colours, a design reference or the shirts your teams wear now, and your headcount with size breakdowns across the departments. We quote per style on FOB (full service) terms, put fabric options on the table, and courier samples within 1 to 2 weeks. Trial them through real production weeks before approving bulk, then production runs 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships from Bandung with export documentation handled. Companies developing a signature fabric should plan 1,500 pieces to open the development run. Productions order a buffer: patterns on file turn every new-season intake into a matching re-order.
Media production uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style. A company usually runs several styles across production office, crew, technical and corporate tiers, which clears the minimum comfortably.
Do you handle on-set safety requirements?
On-set safety garments live in the production’s written safety specification, and we build strictly to the specification you hold where a style must meet it, with no claims of ours attached. Our programme is the company’s branded wardrobe.
Can new productions match the standing crew?
Yes. Patterns are stored with the programme, so each season’s crew intake matches the first delivery exactly, whichever production they join.
What does FOB (full service) include?
We source the fabric, build the pattern, run sampling and production, and QC every piece. You get finished garments at one quoted per-style price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The factory exports woven programmes worldwide, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house, and handles export documentation from Bandung.
We need 500 pieces per style, not 1,000. Is there an option?
Our sister brand Kizen Lab produces woven and non-woven programmes from 500 pieces per style at kizenlab.com, in the same factory group.
