World KNK makes uniforms for vehicle fleet and leasing companies in Bandung, Indonesia: woven garments cut and sewn to your design, in our own factory, since 2000. Programmes start at 1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your full size run, with 200,000 pieces of monthly production capacity behind them. Sampling takes 1 to 2 weeks and bulk delivery 6 to 12 weeks, shipped from Bandung with documentation handled from our side.
Handover is the moment; the shirt is part of the car
A fleet and leasing company’s product spends its life on the road, and the one moment the customer really looks at the brand is handover day: the keys, the walkaround, the consultant standing beside a car worth more than most houses. That consultant, the branch team behind them, and the customer care line that owns the relationship for the next three years are the human face of a fleet of thousands. The supply layer serving fleet businesses is built for the workshops: coveralls, technician wear and branded workwear for the bays. The commercial tier, the people who sell the lease and hand over the keys, is usually left to whatever the local catalogue had, which is why a fleet brand can look sharp on the road and improvised in the showroom. A made-to-spec programme closes that gap: cloth dyed to the corporate palette, handover consultants dressed to the standard of the vehicles they deliver, and patterns stored so every branch dresses identically.
Patterns are cut digitally on Lectra systems and stored with your programme, so every branch, every intake and every new fleet type comes off the same files and matches the first delivery exactly.

Branch intake top-ups
Branches hire constantly; top-ups pull from patterns on file and match the network exactly.
Dress the commercial tier; the workshop runs its own specification
A clear line keeps this programme precise: it dresses the fleet company’s customer-facing and administrative workforce, the people whose day is handovers, contracts and renewals. The service workshops’ technician wear is operational gear quoted against the written specification your workshop and safety teams hold, alongside your industrial supplier. What connects the two streams is the palette and the label standard, so the company reads as one brand from the showroom to the service bay, with each stream quoted and held separately.
How ordering works
Send your designs, reference shirts or the current branch wardrobe, with headcount and size breakdown across the tiers and your branch list. We quote the programme, put fabric options on the table, and samples are couriered within 1 to 2 weeks. Have staff wear and wash them through real trading days before approving bulk, then production takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on fabric and ships with documentation handled from our side. Order a buffer: branches hire around the clock, and patterns on file turn every intake into a matching re-order.
Fleet uniform FAQs
What is the minimum order?
1,000 pieces per style, mixed across your size run. Role tiers run as separate styles, each at 1,000, which suits a national branch network.
Do you make the workshop technician wear?
Workshop operational garments are quoted against your workshop team’s written specification. This programme is the commercial and administrative wardrobe; the two can share one palette.
Can one programme cover branches nationwide?
Yes. The specification runs across every branch, with role colours consistent location to location, all cut from the same stored patterns.
How do re-orders for branch intakes work?
Your patterns stay on file with the factory. A top-up matches the first delivery exactly, so the consultant starting next month’s intake wears what the branch wears.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export from Bandung, Indonesia, and the group already ships garment programmes overseas, including for a Hawaii-based procurement house.
We need fewer than 1,000 pieces per style. Can you help?
For smaller inquiries, check out our subsidiary Kizen Lab. They run woven uniform programmes from 500 pieces on a full-service basis at kizenlab.com.
